How to file
- Run the review. If a wallet is available, sign the document ID.
- Download the JSON archive and the technical pack. Do not edit hashes.
- Send the exchange notice to the firm’s complaints function first (MiCA Art. 71 — free of charge).
- If the firm is in scope and does not reconcile, send the authority file under Art. 108 in a language that NCA accepts.
- Attach deposit tx hash, UID and both addresses. Ask the firm to pin genesis + block 316,002 + current head.
Limits
Holder-prepared measurement aid. Not a solicitor’s letter and not a finding of liability. Individual staking-share accounting is not decoded from the proxy ABI; only the pot, owner and implementation slot are read. ERC-20 / vesting balances are not enumerated. Public RPCs can change after the printed capture time. Art. 108 complaints to an NCA should be in an official language of that Member State where required.
